Anne Reinecke, born in 1978, studied art history and German literature and has worked for various theatre, film and exhibition projects and as a city guide. Leinsee is her first novel. The manuscript earned her a fellowship for the Prose Workshop at Berlin’s Literary Colloquium. She lives in Berlin with her husband and son.
